1. Payment Method

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our only payment method. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed through mutually agreed methods after review and approval.

2. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • You received a defective or damaged item

  • The item you received is different from what you ordered

  • You notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging intact.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The item shows signs of use, wear, or damage not caused during shipping

  • The return is requested after 48 hours of delivery

  • The product was bought under a clearance or final sale offer 

4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item 

We will respond with instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed via your chosen method.

Please note: We do not refund shipping charges unless the item delivered was faulty or incorrect.

6. Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange over a refund, we can arrange for a replacement item to be sent once the original item has been returned and approved.
